Cape Cod - our adventure commences

Welcome!  Our traveling family is Bruce, Irene, Easy and Breezy.  We are on our way to France, but thought it best not to fly our two fur balls....Easy and Breezy, all the way from LA to Provence.  So, we stopped off at our summer home in Cape Cod to break up the trip.  We leave from Boston on Friday, March 13th!  We had a rocky start due to Ice in Dallas, and a cancelled flight, but we made it!

What a reception!  There is at least 30 inches of snow on the ground here!  And, since we have been here, we have had 20 more inches of snow in the first week here!  Our wonderful friends, Terry, Mike, Ann and Bill had preped our house by plowing out the snow, buying groceries, baking a cake, and leaving us wine.  We adore all our family of friends, and hope we can return all the kind favors that we have been given!

As always, New England is spectacularly beautiful!!!  See the pictures of the snow.   I think you will feel the 10 to 20 degree temperatures, and see the brilliant light!
